Got Electricity?

I have been "pack ratting" odds and ends for years in the form of batteries and UPS equipment mainly from the garbage in hopes of having that long sought after escape of an electric bill. Finally, after all those years of dreaming, I have procurred the basic ingrediants to see my dream take on a real form.

Well, Nothing is free, except thought. I am taking a realistic approach into this project.
